摘　　要：针对国防科技报告工作中存在的征集和利用问题,从认知、管理、标准、利用等四个维度进行分析,并提出解决问题的相关建议和措施。希望通过各方面工作的开展,实现国防科技报告的完整积累和有序利用,推动国防科技报告持续、健康、快速发展。This paper put forward two problems which existed in the collection and utilization of defense scientific and technical report. The paper analyzed and pondered the problems from four dimensions, such as cognition, management, standard and utilization. On this basis, put forward four suggestions and measures to solve the problems. Finally all aspects of the work on defense scientific and technical report are carried out, which is making progress in accumulation completely and utilization orderly, promote development of defense scientific and technical report continuously, healthily and rapidly.
