摘　　要：在当前深入推进农业供给侧结构性改革的大背景下,打造既安全又优质的国产奶质量品牌,已经成为新形势下我国奶业发展的重点。本文从生鲜乳生产环节和收购运输环节两大方面深入分析了影响生鲜乳质量安全的六个关键点,包括饲养模式、饲料、养殖环境、疫病、挤奶过程、储存运输过程,提出了相关建议。In the current context of promoting the structural reform of the supply side of agriculture, to build a safe and high quality Chinese milk brand has become the focus of China＇s dairy industry in the new situation. This article from the fresh milk production and acquisition of raw milk in two aspects of transport links to analyze the six key points affecting the quality and safety of fresh milk, including feeding mode, feed, breeding environment, disease, milking process, storage and transportation process, puts forward related suggestions.
