摘　　要：鲜奶吧是我国奶业转型时期出现的新事物、新业态、新模式。本研究从鲜奶吧对奶业发展多方面的作用出发,根据调研所得到的信息,从鲜奶吧的分布情况、经营模式、收入情况、监管情况来概括河北省鲜奶吧发展现状,从监管、生产、加工等方面分析河北省鲜奶吧存在的问题和风险,最后针对这些问题提出监管制度化、成立鲜奶吧协会、适当提高进入门槛和研发低成本检测产品的对策建议。Milk bar is new things, new forms and new patters in our dairy industry transition period. Based on the role of milk bar in dairy industry, according to the research of information, the right current situation of the milk bar development of Hebei province was summarized, the existing problems and risks of milk bar were analysed, which form the perspectives of regulation, the production and processing. Finally aimed at these problems, it put forward supervision institutionalization, setting up milk bar association, raising the barriers to entry and researching the lowcost detection products.
