摘 要:对民用洁净焦炭燃烧过程中影响固硫率的主要因素进行了实验研究。利用热重(TG)等表征手段,对原料煤的热解特性进行了分析,同时研究了添加钙基固硫剂后,温度及钙硫比对民用洁净焦炭燃烧过程中固硫率的影响。结果表明:高硫原煤在室温到1 150℃热解过程中,共出现了4个明显失重阶段,分别对应干燥脱气阶段、解聚与分解阶段、缩聚与裂解阶段及盐类高温分解阶段。洁净焦炭燃烧固硫率随着温度的增加呈下降趋势,随着钙硫摩尔比的增加呈上升趋势。当钙硫摩尔比为2.5、燃烧温度为1 050℃时,洁净焦炭燃烧固硫率可达95%以上。In the paper,the separating law of sulfur content in the civil clean coke combustion process was discussed,the sulfur fixation mechanism of calcium-based sulfur-fixing agent was analyzed,and the experiment of main factors influencing the sulfur-fixing rate was done.By thermogravimetry and other characterization means,pyrolysis of raw coal was studied,and the influence of temperature and calcium sulfur ratio on the sulfur-fixing rate in the civil clean coke combustion process after adding the calcium-based sulfur-fixing agent was analyzed. The results showed that the high sulfur raw coal had four prominent weight loss peaks in the pyrolysis process from the room temperature to 1 150 ℃,which were in the drying degassing stage,depolymerization and decomposition stage,polycondensation pyrolysis stage and salt high temperature decomposition stage.As the temperature rose,the clean coke combustion sulfur-fixing rate was declining,while with the increase of calcium sulfur molar ratio,it was increasing.When the n(Ca)/n(S)= 2.5,the sulfur-fixing rate was up to 95% at 1 050 ℃.
