JN60-6型焦炉冬季生产中存在的问题及改进方法

摘　　要：分析了包钢焦化厂JN60-6型焦炉在冬季生产过程中存在的问题,提出了改进方法:从焦炉热工制度角度,提出了冬季集气管压力设定值在夏季的基础上相应增加19.66 Pa,冬季上升与下降气流标准蓄热室顶部吸力值在夏季的基础上相应降低15.57 Pa;从煤气区域计量角度,提出了对压差流量计导压管采取定期蒸汽吹扫和疏通的维护方法;从调节设备角度,提出了采用氮气、空气双动力源来保证调节机构的稳定运行,以保证冬季焦炉生产平稳、顺行。Based on the problems in the winter production for JN60-6 coke oven in the coking plant of Baotou Steel,test improvement measures were proposed. From the perspective of coke oven thermal system,the pressure set value of gas collecting pipe was increased by 19.66 Pa in the winter（over the level in summer）,and the top suction value of the ascending and descending current standard regenerative chamber was decreased by 15.57 Pa in the winter（over the level in summer）.From the aspect of gas regional measurement,regular steam purging and dredging was adopted for the differential pressure flowmeter pressure pipe.And from the aspect of equipment adjustment,nitrogen and air double drive source of power was used to ensure the stable operation of the regulating mechanism so that the coke oven can run stably and smoothly in winter.
