摘  要:本文利用Gleeble-1500D型热模拟试验机通过双道次热压缩试验,研究了变形工艺以及稀土La对C-Mn-Si钢静态软化行为的影响。结果表明:相同道次间隙时间,变形温度越高,C-Mn-Si钢的静态再结晶分数越大。相同变形温度,道次间隙时间越长,C-Mn-Si钢的静态再结晶分数越大。相同的变形温度和道次间隙时间,稀土元素La的含量越多,C-Mn-Si钢的静态再结晶体积分数越大。在实验基础上,利用静态再结晶模型计算出静态再结晶激活能。Abstract: Based on double-passes thermo-conlpression experinaent, the defimnation process and the effect of La on the static softening behavior of C-Mn-Si steel were studied by Gleeble-1500D thermal simulator machine. The results show that the softening ratio of C-Mn-Si steel increases with the increase of deformation temperature at the same interval time. The softening ratio of C-Mn-Si steel increases with the increase of interval time at the same deformation temperature. The softening ratio of C-Mn-Si steel increases with the increase of the La content at the same detormation temperature and interval time. The static recrystallization activation energy was calculated by static recrystallization model.
