基于数据挖掘探讨《古今肾病医案精华》治疗阳痿用药特点

摘　　要：目的 :通过分析《古今肾病医案精华》中近现代医家治疗阳痿的用药特点,探讨阳痿用药规律。方法 :采用人工检索分析方法收集《古今肾病医案精华》中治疗阳痿的医案并提取相应处方,通过频数统计、因子分析统计方法进行数据分析,分别录入中药四气、五味、归经、功效等信息,建立数据库;运用SPSS Statistics 22统计软件,采用因子分析功能对处方进行药物分析。结果:纳入病案34个,提取处方64条,使用中药176味,高频次药物前五味分别是菟丝子、熟地黄、山药、枸杞子、山萸肉,四气以温、平性为主,五味以甘、辛、苦为多,归经以肝、肾、脾经居多,共发现12个公因子。结论:《古今肾病医案精华》中阳痿用药以补益肝肾药为主,公因子呈现出补肾益精、宁心补肾、健脾补肾、补肝肾、健脾祛湿等治法特点。Objective：This article analyzed the medication features of Ancient and Modern Medical Treatment of Nephropathy Essence in the treatment of impotence to explore the medication law. Methods：Frequency statistics,factor analysis were used to analyze the data from medical records in treating impotence and cor- responding prescription. We input four properties,five tastes,tropism,efficacy and other information into the Execl form in order to create a new database and analyze the medicine features through SPSS statistics 22 factor analysis. Results：Total 64 prescriptions and 176 herbal medicines were extracted from the 34 cases. The high-frequency medicine of the five flavors were dodder（Tusizi）,prepared rhizome of rehmannia（Shudi- huang）, medlar （Shanyao）, Chineseyam （Gouqizi）, Comus （Shanyurou）. Four properties were dominated by warm and moderate,five flavors by sweet,pungent and bitter,tropism by liver,kidney and spleen and 12 common factors were discovered. Conclusion：Nourishing the liver and kidney mainly used in Ancient and Modern Medical Treatment of Nephropathy Essence in the treatment of impotence. The common factors had features of nourishing the kidney and essence,calming the heart and nourishing the kidney,invigorating the spleen and kidney,nourishing the liver and kidney,invigorating the spleen and resolving dampness etc.
