摘 要:目的:建立安乐片中钩藤碱和异钩藤碱的含量测定方法。方法:用高效液相色谱法Agilent XDB C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);甲醇-0.2%氨水溶液(60∶40)为流动相;检测波长为245 nm,流速为1 mL·min^(-1),柱温25℃。结果:钩藤碱进样量在0.028 5~0.713 3μg(r=0.999 9)与峰面积线性关系良好;异钩藤碱进样量在0.016 6~0.416μg(r=0.999 8)范围内线性良好,钩藤碱的平均回收率为98.61%,RSD为1.56%,异钩藤碱的平均回收率为97.49%,RSD为1.27%。结论:本法灵敏、准确,专属性强,能简便有效的控制安乐片中钩藤碱和异钩藤碱的含量。Objective: To establish a method for determination of in Anle Pian. Methods: HPLC was used with Agi- lent XDB C18(4. 6 mm ×250 mm,5 μm) column, Methanol-0. 2% aqueous ammonium (60: 40) as mobile phase and detecting wavelength 270 nm with flow the rate 1.0 mL· min^-1, column temperature at 25 ℃. Results: The good linear was over the weight rang of 0. 028 5 -0. 713 0 pug for Rhynchophylline (r = 0. 999 9) , the averdge re- covery was 98.61% (n =6), the RSD for reproducibility was 1.56% (n =6). The good linear was over the weight rang of 0. 016 64 - 0. 416 0 pug for Isorhynchophylline ( r = 0. 999 8 ), the average recovery was 97.49% ( n = 6 ) , the RSD for reproducibility wasl. 27% Conclusion: The method is highly sensitive, reliable, and accurate. Which can be applied in the quality control of Anle Pian.
