摘　　要：研究"中蒙俄经济走廊"建设的经济效应对于深化、完善区域合作理论体系,推动"中蒙俄经济走廊"建设,促进黑龙江省经济发展对外开放,拉动黑龙江省经济健康发展,扩大东北亚地区区域合作等都具有很强的理论和现实意义。中、蒙、俄三国地缘上相互毗邻、有良好的地缘关系和政治互信基础,且经济结构互补、经济互利、经济发展水平相近,开展"中蒙俄经济走廊"建设具备较好的现实基础,而且"中蒙俄经济走廊"建设可以产生贸易创造效应、贸易转移效应和投资创造效应,对东北地区经济振兴产生重要的影响。Thestudy on the economic effect in the China,Mongolia and Russian economy corridor helps to promote the construction of the China, Mongolia and Russian economy corridor and boost the healthy development of the economy of Heilongjiang, expanding between the northeast Asia re- gional cooperation and deepening the relevant theories of the various regional cooperation system, the article has a strong theoretical significance. The method of literature review and combining theory with practice is used to discuss theory basis of the economic effect in the China, Mongolia and Rus- sian economy corridor,results indicate that theory basis of the economic effect in the China,Mongolia and Russian economy corridor accords with connotation,implementation conditions and participant of theory of sub - regional economic cooperation . The articles from the study of policy and feasibility perspective to study the China,Mongolia and Russian economy corridor are more, and the articles from the theoretical interpretation are less. The article analyzes theory basis of economic effect of the China,Mongolia and Russian economy corridor based on the theoretical analysis.
