摘 要:目的探讨稻芽辐照前后对小鼠及大鼠胃肠功能的影响。方法采用小鼠小肠炭末推进实验,观察稻芽辐照前后对小鼠小肠推进率的影响。采用复方地芬诺酯复制便秘模型,观察稻芽辐照前后对小鼠排便潜伏期及排便次数的影响。采用对正常大鼠幽门结扎收集胃液,测定胃液量、总酸度、游离酸、胃蛋白酶活性;眼眶静脉丛采血,离心,检测血清淀粉酶活性;剪取十二指肠,匀浆,检测胰蛋白酶活性;探讨稻芽辐照前后对大鼠消化功能的影响。结果稻芽辐照前中剂量和辐照后高剂量均能提高小鼠小肠的炭末推进率(P<0.05);稻芽辐照前后的作用比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。稻芽辐照前后高剂量均能缩短复方地芬诺酯致小鼠便秘的排黑便潜伏期,辐照前高剂量与辐照后中、高剂量均可增加排黑便粒数(P<0.05);稻芽辐照前后的作用比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。稻芽辐照后中、高剂量组均能提高正常大鼠的胃液分泌量,辐照前中、高剂量组及辐照后低剂量组均能提高正常大鼠的胰蛋白酶活性(P<0.01或0.05);稻芽辐照前后的作用比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论稻芽辐照前后均具有良好的促进小肠蠕动和一定的促消化作用,且其作用不受辐照影响。Objective To investigate the effect of unirradiated and inirradiated oryzae fructus germinatus on gastrointestinal function in mice and rats. Methods Carbon powder drive test was used to observe the effect of unirradiated and inirradiated oryzae fructus germinatus on propelling rate of mouse small intestine. Constipation model was set up in mice by compound diphenoxylate to evaluate its effect on the defecation latency and times. Pylorus ligation was adopted in normal rats to collect the gastric juice to measure gastric juice quantity, total acidity, free acid, and pepsin activity. Blood in rats' orbital venous plexus was taken and the serum separated, to determine the serum amylase activity. The duodenum was cut and homogenized to determine the tryptic activity, and determine the effect of unirradiated and inirradiated oryzae fructus germinatus on rats digestive function. Results The propelling rate of mouse small intestine was improved in middle-dose group of unirradiated oryzae fructus germinatus and high-dose group of irradiated oryzae fructus germinatus (P 〈 0.05). No significant difference was found between the unirradiated and the irradiated oryzae fructus germinatus (P 〉 0.05). Defecation latency of constipated mouse model by compound diphenoxylate in the high-doses group of unirradiated and irradiated oryzae fructus germinatus was shortened, and the melena number was increased in the high-dose group of unirradiated oryzae fructus germinatus and middle-and-high-dose groups of irradiated oryzae fructus germinatus (P 〈 0.05), no significant difference in effect was shown in the unirradiated and the irradiated oryzae fructus germinatus (P 〉 0.05). Secretion of gastric juice was increased in groups of middle and high dose of irradiated oryzae fructus germinatus, the tryptic activity was increased in groups of middle and high dose of unirradiated oryzae fructus germinatus and in low dose group of irradiated oryzae fructus germinatus (P 〈 0.01 or 0.05).
