摘 要:目的探讨大米草黄酮对H_22肝癌移植瘤小鼠的治疗作用及体内抗氧化作用。方法小鼠接种H_22肝癌瘤株,随机分组:模型组,大米草黄酮低、中、高剂量组(13.6、27.2、40.8 mg·mL^(-1)),环磷酰胺(CTX)组,另设10只健康小鼠为正常对照组。每日定时灌胃,连续给药14 d,观察给药后各组瘤重量、脏器指数,测定肝、脾组织抗氧化活性。结果随着大米草黄酮浓度增大,移植瘤重量减轻,与模型组和CTX组相比,大米草黄酮各组能不同程度地提高H_22肝癌小鼠肝脏的T-AOC、SOD、POD以及GSH-PX活力,降低肝脏MDA含量,提高脾脏T-AOC和GSH-PX活力。结论大米草黄酮能提高H_22肝癌移植瘤小鼠体内抗氧化能力,对移植瘤小鼠具有一定的治疗作用。Objective To determine the effect of flavonoids from Spartina anglica (FSA) on antitumor and anti- oxidant activity in H22 tumor bearing mice. Methods We randomly divided 50 mice into a model group, a low dose FSA group, a middle dose FSA group, a high dose FSA group, and a CTX group, while another 10 mice as the normal control group. The mice were ig given relevant medicine once daily for consecutive 14 d. The tumor weight, viscera index were observed, and the antioxidant parameters in the Iiver and spleen tissues were tested. Results The tumor weight was gradually reduced with FSA concentration. Compared with that of the model group and CTX group, the level of T-AOC, SOD, POD, GSH-PX in the treatment group with FSA concentration, MDA was declined in the liver, the level of T-AOC and GSH-PX was enhanced in the spleen. Conclusion FSA can enhance the antioxidant capacity in H22 tumor bearing mice, and is effective on transplantation tumor in mice.
