摘　　要：多柔比星是一种抗瘤谱较广的抗肿瘤药物,用于治疗急性白血病、恶性淋巴瘤、乳腺癌、肺癌、肝癌等。其强烈的细胞毒性对机体产生广泛的生物化学反应如心脏毒性、骨髓抑制、肾脏毒性等,严重制约了其在临床上的广泛应用。因此国内外学者研究了大量中药、中药制剂、中药有效成分及中药注射剂,以期达到增效减毒的作用。本文综述了多种中药对多柔比星的药动学、抗肿瘤活性、毒性作用影响的研究进展,对多柔比星的临床应用及中药与之联用协同抗肿瘤的研究具有重要意义。Doxorubicin is an anti-tumor drug, which is widely used in the combination chemotherapy for acute leukemia, malignant lymphoma, breast cancer, lung cancer, liver cancer, etc. Its strong cytotoxic effects on the body have many biochemical reactions, such as cardiac toxicity, bone marrow suppression, and renal toxicity, which seriously restrict its application in clinical practice. Therefore, scholars domestic and abroad have studied different traditional Chinese medicines, traditional Chinese medicine preparations, effective components of traditional Chinese medicine and traditional Chinese medicine injections, to synergize its antitumor effect and attenuate the toxicity. In this paper, the effects of various traditional Chinese medicines on the pharmacokinet- ics, antitumor activity and toxicity of doxorubicin were reviewed, which is important for clinical application of doxorubicin.
