摘 要:目的对不同产地或批次桃儿七药材进行分析研究,建立桃儿七药材质量标准。方法鉴别桃儿七的植物形态、药材性状、显微特征;采用TLC法进行定性鉴别;采用HPLC法测定鬼臼毒素、4'-去甲鬼臼毒素和山柰酚的含量。结果对桃儿七的植物形态、药材性状、显微特征进行了描述;建立了桃儿七的TLC鉴别方法,斑点清晰,分离度好,具有较好的专属性;根据10批次桃儿七含量测定结果,鬼臼毒素、4'-去甲鬼臼毒素、山柰酚分别在11.39~91.14、1.29~10.36、1.44~11.52μg与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率均大于97%,RSD均小于2%(n=6)。结论所建立的方法操作简便、重现性好、专属性强,可用于桃儿七药材的质量评价。Objective To establish the quality control standard for Sinopodophylli Radix et Rhzoma from different producing areas and batches. Methods Plant morphology, microscopic characteristics and medicinal properties of Sinopodophylli Radix et Rhzoma were identified. TLC was used for qualitative identification. HPLC was used to determine podophyllotoxin, 4'-demethylpodophyllotoxin and kaempferol. Results The plant morphology, medicinal characters and microscopic characteristics of Sinopodophylli Radix et Rhzoma were described. TLC was established to identify Sinopodophylli Radix et Rhzoma, the spots were clear and well separated, with good specificity. According to the determination results, when the content of 10 batches of podophyllotoxin, 4'-demethylpodophyllotoxin, and kaempferol in Sinopodophylli Radix et Rhzoma was at 11.39 - 91.14, 1.29 - 10.36 and 1.44 - 11.52μg, concentration and peak area showed a good linear relationship. The average recovery rate was more than 97%, RSD less than 2% (n=6). Conclusion The established method is simple, specific and reproducible, and can be used for the quality evaluation of Sinopodophylli Radix et Rhzoma.
