摘　　要：物联网技术的发展与应用为人与物、物与物之间的信息交换创造了一个全新的平台。基于物联网的智能社区管理是物联网的重要发展趋势之一。分析了国内外智能社区的发展现状，对比了各种无线通信技术，阐述了ZigBee无线网络技术的优势，探讨了基于ZigBee的智慧社区物联网系统的架构及功能。The Intemet of things technology has created a brand-new platform for the exchange between human and thing. In- telligent Residential District management Based on internet of things is one of the development trends. The development of Intel- ligent Residential District is analyzed, wireless communication technologies is compared, and the advantage of ZigBee is also ana- lyzed. The architecture and functions of Intelligent Residential District System is discussed.
