摘　　要：背景产妇在蛛网膜下腔麻醉后易发生低血压，纠正低血压最有效的方法是使用缩血管药物，而产科缩血管药物的选择及应用方式一直备受争议。目的阐述产科缩血管药物的研究进展。内容就产妇低血压的发生机制、理想的产科缩血管药物、产科缩血管药物的合理选择以及应用进行综述。趋向在产科麻醉中，缩血管药物应以循证为基础，合理及个体化地使用。Background Post-spinal hypotension in cesarean section is common and severe. Vasopressors therapy is the most effective method to treat hypotension. However, the drug choice and the using method of vasopressors in pregnancy are controversial. Objective To review the recent advances on vasopressors in obstetric anesthesia. Content This review focuses on the mechanism of post -spinal hypotension in obstetric anesthesia, the choice and dosage regimen of vasopressors. Trend Vasopressors should be used reasonably and individually in clinical practice.
