摘 要:目的 探究翻转教学模式在除颤仪知识和技能培训中应用的效果,并与传统培训模式进行比较.方法 便利选取广州市某三甲医院护士共60名,予以编号,并运用随机数字表法分组,即翻转教学组、传统培训组各30名;干预前后统一对两组护士进行理论和操作考核,干预后调查两组对各自教学方式的认可度,运用t检验和χ2检验比较干预前后组间的差异、干预后两组的合格率、得分以及认可度情况;最后采用Kaplan-Meier法对两组考核的合格率进行生存分析,描述两组考核合格率的消亡情况.结果 干预前,两组考核合格率与得分比较差异均无统计学意义(均P〉0.05),干预后,两组理论考核合格率比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05),但得分比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);两组技能考核的合格率和得分比较差异均有统计学意义(均P〈0.05);两组认可度调查比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);由Log Rank (Mantel-Cox)法检验得出两组生存曲线比较有统计学意义(P〈0.05).结论 翻转教学模式与传统培训模式相比,前者能提高护士除颤仪理论的得分水平以及操作的合格率、得分水平,并受护士的认可度高,且延长除颤仪考核合格率消亡时间,从而延长复训周期,值得推广应用.Objective To investigate the application effect of flipped teaching mode on defibrillator training and compare with traditional training mode.Methods A total of 60 nurses were selected from a certain top-three hospital of Guangzhou with numbers.In addition,random number table method was used to divide into groups,where 30 nurses were in flipped teaching group and traditional training group respectively.Before and after intervention, theory and operation examinations were conducted to the two groups of nurses uniformly.After intervention,the recognition degrees of two groups to their teaching modes were investigated.t examination and χ2examination were applied to compare the difference of groups before and after intervention,the percent of pass,score and recognition degrees of two groups after intervention.Finally,Kaplan-Meier was used to have survival analysis on the examined percent of pass of two groups and describe the extinction of two groups.Results Before intervention,with regard to the comparison between percent of pass and score of two examined groups,the difference had no statistical significance(P〉0.05).After intervention,the difference of theoretical examination percent of pass of two groups had no statistical significance(P〉0.05).However,the scoring comparison difference had statistical significance(P〈0.05).With regard to the comparison between percent of pass and score of two technical examination groups, the difference had statistical significance(P〈0.05).The comparison difference of recognition degree investigation of two groups had statistical significance(P〈0.05).It was tested by Log Rank (Mantel-Cox) method that the survivorship curve comparison of two groups had statistical significance(P〈0.05).Conclusion Compared with traditional training mode,flipped teaching mode can improve the scoring level of defibrillator theory for the nurses,and the percent of pass and scoring level of operation.In addition,it's highly recognized by nurses.Moreover,it can dela
