子痫前期患者胎盘组织p-p38与caspase-3、8的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的研究p-p38、caspase-3、caspase-8在子痫前期患者胎盘中的表达及临床意义。方法选择2016年6月至2017年2月在西京医院妇产科住院分娩的孕妇80例,分为子痫前期组40例,正常妊娠组40例,采用免疫组化法及蛋白印迹法检测子痫前期患者和正常妊娠妇女胎盘滋养细胞中p-p38、caspase-3、caspase-8的表达。结果 p-p38、caspase3、caspase8在子痫前期胎盘和正常妊娠胎盘中均有表达;在子痫前期患者胎盘中p-p38、caspase-3、caspase-8表达与正常胎盘相比显著升高(2.08±0.04vs 1.44±0.04、1.72±0.03 vs 1.12±0.06、1.59±0.04 vs 1.18±0.01,t值分别为71、60、61,均P<0.01)。结论胎盘组织中pp38、caspase-3、caspase-8的异常表达可能促进滋养细胞凋亡增加,推进子痫前期的发生发展。Objective To investigate the expressions and significance of p-p38,caspase-3 and caspase-8 in placenta of patients with preeclampsia（ PE）. Methods Totally 80 pregnant women delivering in department of gynecology and obstetrics in Xijing Hospital during June 2016 to February 2017 were enrolled in study,and they were divided into PE group（ 40 cases） and control group（ 40 cases）. Pp38,caspase-3 and caspase-8 in placenta of cases in two groups were detected with immunohistochemistry and western blot. Results Pp38,caspase-3 and caspase-8 were all expressed in placenta of cases in two groups. The levels of p-p38,caspase-3 and caspase-8 in cases in PE group were significantly higher than those in control group（ 2. 18 ± 0. 04 vs 1. 44 ± 0. 04,1. 72 ± 0. 03 vs 1. 12 ± 0. 06,1. 59 ± 0. 04 vs 1. 18 ± 0. 01）（ t value was 71,60 and 61,respectively,all P〈 0. 01）. Conclusion The abnormal expressions of p-p38,caspase-3 and caspase-8 in placenta are related to the increase of trophoblast apoptosis,and they may participate the pathogenesis of PE.
