摘　　要：近年来国家开展了全国土地调查,查清了全国各类土地资源底数,形成了国土资源核心数据库。这些地籍数据具有巨大的利用价值,但是不同部门之间的数据资源难以充分利用和共享。为了打破国土资源部和其他部门之间的信息孤岛,本文通过SOA技术与B/S架构建立了地籍数据共享应用系统,实现了国土资源部内部、相关事业单位和不同部委之间的地籍数据共享和应用,提高数据应用的深度和广度。In recent years, the state launched a national land survey, find out all kinds of land resource, forming a core database of land and resources. These cadastral data has great value, hut the data resources between different departments are difficult to fully utilize and share. In order to break the information island between the land and resources department and the other departments, this paper established the cadastral data sharing application system using SOA technology and B/S architecture, realized the sharing and application of cadastral data between the internal, the related institutions and different ministries and the Ministry of Land and Resources, improved the depth and breadth of data applications
