摘　　要：在针刺操作过程中,有很多因素可以影响针刺的安全性,如针刺体位、深度、方向、针具等,这些在中医经典古籍《黄帝内经》和《针灸甲乙经》中均有丰富的论述,但内容零散,缺乏系统性。本研究通过对《黄帝内经》和《针灸甲乙经》分析、总结,归纳、提出与针刺操作安全性有紧密联系的各种要素,以期为临床安全针刺操作提供借鉴,保障安全针刺。There are many factors affecting the safety during acupuncture manipulations,such as position,depth,direction,needles and so on,which were fully discussed in the TCM classic texts of Yellow Emperor＇s Canon of Medicine and A-B Classic of Acupuncture and Moxibustion,but the contents were scattered,lacking of systematicness. This research introduced the security elements by analyzing and summing up the contents recorded in the two classic texts,in order to provide guidance for safe acupuncture manipulations in clinic.
