摘　　要：代谢组学已经成为科学研究中的焦点,现代关于针灸以及代谢组学对原发性痛经的相关研究报道居多。但在国内外,对于针灸治疗原发性痛经的代谢组学研究较少,有待于进行深入研究。本研究从针灸疗法的角度将代谢组学的相关文献进行综述,通过检索国内外数据库,发现针灸治疗原发性痛经后的代谢产物有所变化,进而影响了某些代谢通路,推测这可能有助于阐明针灸治疗原发性痛经的作用机制。Metabonomics has become the focus of researches. There were more reports about primary dysmenorrhea and acupuncture,or dysmenorrhea and metabonomics,but less reports about relations between acupuncture and metabonomics in terms of dysmenorrhea worldwide. This research retrieved the database and collected relevant literatures in recent years. It is found that there were metabolomics changes in the body of primary dysmenorrhea by the treatment of acupuncture and moxibustion,with some metabolic pathway being affected,which may contribute to the acupuncture mechanism for this kind of disease. Therefore,we elucidated the related research from the perspective of acupuncture and moxibustion therapy to provide reference for metabolomics in the field of primary dysmenorrhea.
