益气活血方联合奥沙利铂替吉奥治疗晚期胃癌疗效及其对患者免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的观察益气活血方联合奥沙利铂替吉奥治疗晚期胃癌疗效及其对患者免疫功能的影响。方法收集我院晚期胃癌患者94例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其平均分为观察组与对照组,每组47例。对照组患者仅给予奥沙利铂联合替吉奥治疗。观察组患者在对照组基础上另给予益气活血方治疗。治疗后,观察2组患者临床疗效;治疗前后,分别检测2组患者CEA、CA19-9及CA72-4等肿瘤标记物的含量;治疗前后,分别检测IgG、IgA、IgM、CD_3^+、CD_4^+及CD_8^+等免疫功能指标含量。治疗期间,密切观察2组患者毒副反应发生情况。结果治疗后,观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组CEA、CA19-9及CA72-4均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组IgG、IgA、IgM、CD_3^+、CD_4^+及CD_8^+含量均明显高于对照组(P<0.05),且治疗期间观察组各项毒副作用发生率均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论益气活血方联合奥沙利铂替吉奥治疗晚期胃癌疗效确切,有效改善患者免疫功能。Objective To observe effects of Yiqi Huoxue decoction combined oxaliplatin in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer and the influence of immune function. Methods 94 patients with advanced gastric cancer in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group （47 cases） and control group （47 cases）. The control group was treated by oxaliplatin and tegafur gimeracil oteracil potassium capsule, while the observation group was treated by Yiqihuoxue decoction on the base of control group. After treatment, the curative effects were evaluated. Before and after the treatment, the levels of CEA, CA19-9, CA72-4, IgG, IgA, IgM, CD3~, CD4＋ and CD8＋ were detected in the two groups. During the treatment, the toxic and side effects of the two groups were closely observed. Results The total effective rate was significantly higher in the observation group than the control group （P〈0.05）. After the treatment, the levels of CEA, CA19-9 and CA72-4 were significantly lower （P〈0.05）, while the levels of IgG, IgA, IgM, CD3＋, CD4＋ and CD8＋ were significant higher in the observation group than the control group （P〈0.05）. During the treatment,the rates of the toxic and side ettects were significantly lower in the observation group than the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Yiqihuoxue decoction combined with oxaliplatin and tegafur gimeracil oteracil potassium capsule in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer has a better effect and safety, and could promote the immune function of patients, which deserves further study.
