摘 要:为改善水泥稳定碎石的早期收缩裂缝问题,以钛石膏-粉煤灰为抗收缩剂,对掺加该材料的水泥石和水泥稳定碎石的收缩特性和强度进行试验研究.首先测定掺加不同配比抗收缩剂水泥石试件的干缩率;然后通过扫描电镜分析不同龄期水泥石试件的微观结构;最后对掺加抗收缩剂的水泥稳定碎石进行收缩特性和强度试验.结果表明:抗收缩剂能够产生膨胀作用抑制水泥石试件的收缩变形,且当钛石膏与粉煤灰比例为1∶1.5时,具有最优的抗收缩效果;抗收缩剂能够显著提高水泥稳定碎石试件的抗裂性能,且随着掺量的增加而增大.In order to solve the problem of shrinkage cracks in cement-stabilized macadam, the titanium gypsum-fly ash was used as anti-shrinkage agent to conduct investigation of shrinkage characteristics and strength of cement-stabilized macadam with sand doping (cement rock) and without it. First, the dry shrinkage rate of the cement rock sample with different mixtUre ratio of anti-shrinkage agents doped was tested. Then, SEM was used to analyze the microstructure of the samples at different curing ages. Finally, the shrinkage characteristics and strength tests were conduce for the cement-stabilized macadam with anti-shrinkage agent doping. It is shown by the result that the anti-shrinkage agents can induce such expansion that inhibit shrinkage of the:cement rock and it will have the best anti-shrinkage effect when the ratio of titanium gypsum to fly ash is 1 : 1. 5. The anti-shrinkage agents can remarkably improve the crack resistance of the sample of cement stabilized macadam and it will increase with the doping amount.
