摘 要:针对传统工业总图设计方案中优选方法的不足,结合总图布置自身的特点,构建总图设计方案的评价指标体系;将灰色关联投影决策法引入到工业总图设计方案评价中,借鉴TOPSISI思想将理想方案作为设计方案的参考点,应用灰关联分析法从理想方案和设计方案的相对误差和绝对误差两个方面进行比较,计算出各设计方案和理想方案的相似程度;同时采用离差最大化的方法确定评价指标权重,克服人为主观因素的影响,使得方案的比选更加科学、客观、合理;最后运用该模型进行实例分析评价,得出评价结论.结果表明,该模型理论简单、可操作性好,具有很好的实用性,可为工业企业总图设计方案评价提供科学合理的决策依据.Aimed at the defect of the optimization for general layout design scheme of traditional industry and according to the feature of the general layout proper, an evaluation index system for layout design scheme was constructed. The decision-making procedure of grey-relative projection was introduced into the evaluation of industrial layout design scheme and based on the TOPSISI idea, the ideal scheme was taken as a reference point of design scheme. Then, the grey-relative projection analysis method was used to con- duct comparison between the ideal scheme and the design scheme in connection with their relative error and absolute error and the similarity degree of design scheme to ideal solution was calculated then. Mean time, the deviation maximizing method was used to determine the evaluation index weights for overcoming the influence of man-made subjective factors, so that the process of scheme comparison and selection was more scientific, objective and reasonable. Finally, a case study was conducted with the aforementioned model to get an evaluation conclusion. The result shows that this model is simple theoretically, well operable, and good practicability, being able to provide a scientific and reasonable decision-making of evaluation of general layout design for industrial enterprises.
