摘 要:为了探究车辆装备在东南沿海地区高盐雾恶劣环境下的腐蚀行为,采用电化学阻抗谱方法研究军绿有机涂层在盐雾环境下的腐蚀规律。通过提取低频阻抗模值|Z|_(0.1Hz)、高频相位角θ_(10 kHz)和相对介电常数ε_r3种特征参数评价了涂层的腐蚀防护性能。结果表明:涂层在盐雾环境下的腐蚀过程大致经历3个阶段:良好阶段、防护性能下降但仍具有保护作用阶段以及防护性能丧失阶段。通过对3种特征参数的分析,更加准确地得到了涂层在盐雾环境下腐蚀防护性能的变化过程,为军用车辆在东南沿海地区的腐蚀防护提供有力的技术支撑。To explore the corrosion behavior of the coated vehicles under the acute environment of high salt fog in southeast coastal areas, the corrosion behavior of organic coating on surface of the military vehicle is studied by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) as exposed to the environment of high salt fog. By extracting the low frequency impedance modulus | Z | 0. 1 Hz, the phase angle in high frequency region θ10 kHz and the relative dielectric constant εt to evaluate the corrosion protection of the coating. The result shows that the corrosion process of the coating in the salt fog environment has undergone three stages: good state of corrosion protection, decreased corrosion performance and complete failure. Through the analysis of three kinds of characteristic parameters, the change process of corrosion protection of the coating in the salt fog environment has been determined, which can be used as a valuable technical conference for the corrosion protection of military vehicles in the southeast coastal areas.
