摘　　要：通过对9省市开展标准实施情况追踪评价,了解标准实施进展,存在问题及各地对标准修订的意见与建议,为三项标准的修订提供依据;自2009年颁布医院消毒供应中心三项标准以来,规范了CSSD管理,医疗器械的清洗、消毒与灭菌的处置和效果监测走上规范化轨道;对CSSD的发展起到了重要推动作用,对器械相关感染防控发挥了积极作用;但是医院在集中管理、外来器械管理、采用院外消毒服务机构提供消毒供应的管理、以及灭菌设备、灭菌监测等方面还存在一定问题。针对管理行业技术方面的问题,三项标准做了相应的修改和补充。The three standards are revised based on the tracking and evaluation of implementation status of the standards in 9 provinces and understanding of progress of implementation, existing problems and advices for revision.Since the three mandatory health industry standards on the management of central sterile supple department （CSSD） were promulgated in 2009, the management of CSSD had been normalized, the cleaning, disinfection and sterilization of medical instruments as well as effect surveillance embarked on a standardized track, the three standards have promoted the development of CSSD and played a positive role in prevention and control of device-related infection.However, there are problems in centralized management and management of foreign instruments as well as the management, sterilization facilities and sterilization monitoring offered by outside hospital disinfection service institutions.In response to the technical problems of the industry, the three standards were revised and supplemented.
