摘　　要：目的:探讨数字化采血检验咨询服务在门诊急诊血液标本采集中的应用效果。方法:培训护士熟练掌握采血检验咨询服务及计算机采血检验咨询服务模块的应用。患者在采血期间,采血护士向其讲解血液标本采集相关知识、注意事项等,必要时打印采血检验咨询服务健康教育宣传单等。结果:应用采血检验咨询服务模块进行健康教育后,门诊急诊血液标本采集患者对检验知识和采血知识的健康教育满意度显著高于实施前(P<0.01)。结论:护士利用数字技术实施采血检验咨询服务能提高门诊急诊血液标本采集患者对健康教育的满意度。Objective： To discuss the application effect of digital blood test consulting services to blood specimen collection in outpatient emergency treatment. Methods： Nurses were trained to be skillful in mastering the application of blood test consulting services and computer blood test consulting service module. When patients were in blood specimen collection and test,blood collection nurses might explain some related-knowledge and caution of blood specimen collection to the patients,if necessary,some health education brochures should be prepared for patients. Results： After health education with blood test consulting service module,patients got higher satisfactory degree with the knowledge of inspection and health education than that before the implement of blood test consulting services（ P〈0.01）. Conclusion：The application of digital blood test consulting service can improve the patients＇ satisfactory degree about health education in the outpatient emergency treatment.
