高效液相色谱法测定疣安颗粒中盐酸小檗碱的含量

摘　　要：目的:高效液相色谱法测定疣安颗粒中盐酸小檗碱含量的方法,建立制定疣安颗粒的质量标准。方法:用Aglilent1100型高效液相色谱仪,色谱柱为ODS-3 C18(250×4.6 nm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.05 mol/L三乙胺溶液(35∶65),流速等于1 ml/min,柱温为30℃,检测波长为345 nm,进样量20μl。结果:盐酸小檗碱在1.06~26.50μg/ml浓度范围内有良好线性关系,精密度RSD%为2.76%,平均加样回收率为95.77%,RSD%为1.11%。结论:HPLC法取样量少,操作简单、快速,结果准确,重现性好,可用于疣安颗粒中盐酸小檗碱含量的测定。Objective： High-performance liquid chromatography（ HPLC） was developed for determing the content of berberine hydrochloride in Youan granules,to establish the quality standard of Youan granules.Methods： The type of instrument used was Aglilent 1100,column was ODS-3（ 250×4.6 nm,5 μm）,the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.05 mol/L triethylamine solution（ 35 ∶ 65）,the flow rate equal to 1 ml/min,column temperature was 30 ℃,the detection wavelength was 345 nm. Results： The berberine hydrochloride had a good leaner relationship in range of 1. 06 to 26. 50 μg/ml,the RSD precision was2.76%,the average recoveries was 95.77% with RSD of 1.11%. Conclusion： HPLC method was simple,rapid,accurate,and it has good reproducibility,which can be used to detect the content of berberine hydrochloride in Youan granules.
