摘 要:目的:分析各种输尿管微小结石的CT表现,探讨CT平扫及各种后处理技术在输尿管微小结石中的诊断价值。方法:收集无锡市第四人民医院输尿管结石患者20例,均行64层螺旋CT平扫检查,并进行薄层后处理重建(包括曲面重建),3例进行了静脉肾盂造影(IVP)检查,5例进行了腹部平片(KUB)检查。结果:右侧输尿管结石12例,左侧输尿管结石6例,两侧输尿管均有结石2例;输尿管下段结石5例,中段结石8例,上段结石7例;结石直径均小于10mm,结石大小为2mm^9mm,平均直径5±1.6mm;3例IVP检查中,造影剂在输尿管结石处受阻,表现为充盈缺损影,结石上方输尿管及肾盂扩张积水;5例KUB检查中,输尿管结石表现为输尿管路径上的斑点状高密度影。结论:多层螺旋CT平扫较腹部平片对输尿管微小结石有更高的检出率,尤其是CT薄层重建技术更佳,值得普及推广应用。Objective: To analyze CT manifestations of various small ureter stones to explore CT scan and all kinds of post-processing technique in the diagnosis of ureteral small stones. Methods: 20 cases of ureteral calculi patients collected in wuxi city,the fourth people’s hospital,with 64 layer spiral CT scan,and thin layer post-processing reconstruction( including surface reconstruction),3 cases of IVP examination,5 cases of KUB examination. Results: 12 cases of ureteral calculi were on the right side,6 cases of ureteral calculi were on the left side,2 cases were on both sides of the ureter; 5 cases of ureteral calculi were in the lower ureter,8 cases were in the middle ureter,7 cases were in the upper ureter; The diameter of all cases were less than 10 mm,stones size of 2 mm to 9 mm,the average diameter of 5 ± 1. 6 mm; 3 cases of IVP examination,the contrast agent in ureteral calculi,show the filling defect,upper ureteral and pyelectasis water; 5 cases KUB examination,ureteral calculi of ureteral path punctate high density shadow. Conclusions: Multislice CT scan has a higher detection rate to the tiny ureter stone than abdominal plain film,especially thin layer CT reconstruction technology is better,worthy of popularization application.
