产前诊断胎儿持续性右脐静脉的意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨产前诊断胎儿持续性右脐静脉的意义。方法:27例持续性右脐静脉胎儿行产前连续顺序检查,将结果与引产及产后临床随访结果比较并进行统计学分析。结果:产前超声诊断持续性右脐静脉27例,均为肝内型,分成单纯组及合并其他问题组,单纯组20例,除1例产后出现新生儿病理性黄疸外余19例产后随访无异常。合并其他问题组7例,1例心内膜垫缺损、3例羊水过多、1例单脐动脉、1例右心系统大、1例侧脑室稍宽。以上除1例引产外余产后随访无异常。比较两组的预后有统计学差异。结论:产前超声能较好检出持续性右脐静脉,评估有无合并其他异常,对其预后评估有重要意义。Objective To investigate the Significance of the prenatal diagnosis of fetal persistent right umbilical vein.Methods Twenty-sewen cases of fetal persistent right umbilical vein we observed by order inspection,Key observation of fetal abdominal l ultrasonography. compared with follow-up results after birth and after induced labor. Results Prenatal ultrasound diagnosis of fetal persistent right umbilical vein in 27 cases,Clinical examination and follow-up results： 1 case Induction of labor,with endocardial cushion defect; 3 cases with polyhydramnios 1case with single umbilical artery; 1 case with fetal right heart system have a little larger; 1 case with the lateral ventricle broadening. Above,1 case Induction of labor,surplus case postpartum follow-up without exception. 20 cases of Simple fetal persistent right umbilical vein,1case developed jaundice after the baby is born,and the abnormal liver function; Surplus 19 cases postpartum follow-up without exception.Conclusion： Prenatal ultrasound are a good method for fetal persistent right umbilical vein,and at the same time it can assess other system abnormal or no,It’s important in the evaluation of prognosis.
