摘  要:通过对土壤标准样品GSS-13进行消解后测定样品中Cu、Pb、Ni、Mn含量的方法,比较了土壤样品电热板消解法与微波消解法的优劣。结果表明,2种消解方法均可作为土样前处理的等效方法,电热板消解法的土壤取样量不受限制,准确度较高,适用于考核样品及少量样品的消解;微波消解法人工、试剂、时间成本较低,精密性较好,可适用于大批量土壤样品的消解。Through the method of measuring the content of Cu,Pb,Ni and Mn of soil standard sample GSS-13 which was determined,this paper compares the advantages and disadvantages of the heating electricity-plate digestion method and microwave digestion method for soil samples. The results show that the two methods can be used as the equivalent method for the soil sample pretreatment.The heating electricity-plate digestion method has no limit on the amount of soil samples,and has higher accuracy,can be applied to the examination of samples and digestion of small amount of samples. For the microwave digestion method,the labor,reagent and time cost was lower,the precision was better,and can be applied to large quantities of soil samples digestion.
