摘　　要：IC是新时期图书馆推行服务创新和提升服务水平的重要模式。在分析传统高校图书馆外文阅览室服务弊端的基础上,提出了借鉴IC理念,构建高校图书馆外语学习中心的设想,并从空间布局到构建策略都进行了详细的规划,旨在提升高校图书馆的服务水平,实现图书馆的服务创新。IC（Information Commons） is an important model for carrying out service innovation and promoting service level in libraries in the new era. Based on the analysis of the disadvantages of the service in the foreign language reading room of the traditional university library,this paper puts forward the idea of constructing the foreign language learning center in the university library drawing lessons from the IC idea,and takes detailed planning from the spatial layout to the construction strategy,in order to promote the service level of university library and realize the service innovation of library.
