从“他助”到“自助”:“心理不悦类”“邻避”冲突事件中的媒介选择、自我动员与集体抗争

摘　　要：随着移动互联网时代的到来,媒体的角色发生了根本变化。在当今"快速移动、频繁互动"的媒介化社会,传统媒体的社会影响力日渐式微,移动社交媒体的自我动员力日益增强,都市业主不同的媒介选择与使用会直接影响"邻避"冲突的最终结果。本文通过研究武汉H小区拟建临终关怀医院这一冲突个案发现:移动社交媒体已成为当下一个能影响集体抗争行动的决定性变量,业主在邻避冲突中可以直接绕开传统媒体,借助手持便携式"新媒介武器"(如移动QQ、移动微博、移动微信、移动直播平台)进行自我动员与集体抗争,并获得成功。在这种冲突中,传统媒体从主动"失声"到自动"失效",移动社交媒体成为行动者"自我救赎"的自主工具,行动者的"身体在场"与"虚拟在场"使得民意主体快速聚集并增强了舆论压力,移动网络舆论场的自我调适和净化功能使得网上声音与网下行动更加趋于理性而有力。With the advent of the era of mobile Internet, the role of media has undergone a fundamental change. In such a 'fast moving and frequent interaction' media society, social influence of traditional media is declining, but self mobilization of mobile social media is increasing, different media selection and use of urban owners will directly affect the final result of NIMBY conflict. This paper takes Wuhan H district which will build a hospice hospital as a case and finds that mobile social media has become a decisive variable which enable to influence and promote collective struggle action, owners could directly bypass traditional media in NIMBY conflict process,and through handheld portable 'new media weapons'(such as mobile QQ, mobile micro-blog, mobile We Chat, mobile live platform) for self mobilization and collective struggle and achieve success.In this conflict, traditional media from proactively 'lose voice' to automatically 'lose efficacy', mobile social media has become an independent tool for 'self redemption'. The 'body presence' and 'virtual presence' of actors make the subject of public opinion gather quickly and strengthen the pressure of public opinion, the self adaptation and purification function of mobile network public opinion field make on-line voice and off-line action more rational and effective.
