自拟缓急止痛汤治疗小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察自拟缓急止痛汤治疗小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎的临床疗效。方法 113例肠系膜淋巴结炎患儿,按照临床采取的治疗药物不同分为观察组(60例)和对照组(53例)。观察组患儿行自拟缓急止痛汤治疗,对照组患儿行常规药物治疗。比较两组患儿临床症状、体征缓解时间及治疗前后肠系膜淋巴结短、长径变化情况。结果观察组淋巴结肿大、呕吐、发热、腹痛缓解时间分别为(5.13±1.22)、(2.31±0.25)、(1.64±0.68)、(2.21±1.14)d,均短于对照组的(7.38±1.64)、(4.49±1.52)、(2.87±0.92)、(4.82±1.90)d,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,两组患儿治疗后肠系膜淋巴结短、长径均显著缩短,且观察组缩短幅度大于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肠系膜淋巴结炎患儿行自拟缓急止痛汤治疗取得确切疗效,可有效改善患儿临床症状、体征,并促使肠系膜淋巴结短、长径缩短,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of self-made Huanjie Zhitong decoction in the treatment of mesenteric lymphadenitis in children. Methods A total of 113 children with mesenteric lymphadenitis were divided by different medications into observation group （60 cases） and control group （53 cases）. The observation group received self-made Huanjie Zhitong decoction for treatment, and the control group received conventional drug therapy. Comparison were made on clinical symptoms and signs remission time and the short and long diameter changes of mesenteric lymph nodes before and after treatment in two groups. Results The observation group had remission time of lymph node enlargement, vomiting, fever and abdominal pain respectively as （5.13 ± 1.22）, （2.31 ± 0.25）, （1.64 ± 0.68） and ,（2,21 ±1.14） d, which were all shorter than （7.38 ± 1.64）, （4.49 ± 1.52）, （2.87 ± 0.92） and （4.82 ± 1.90） d in the control group, and their difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Both groups had significantly shorter short and long diameter changes mesenteric lymph nodes after treatment than before treatment, and the observation group had greater greater than the control group. Their difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Self-made Huanjie Zhitong decoction shows affirmative efficacy for children with mesenteric lymphadenitis, and it can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and signs of children, and promote shortening of mesenteric lymph node short, long diameter. So it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
