探讨血浆D-二聚体在心脑血管疾病中的临床价值

摘　　要：目的探讨血浆D-二聚体在心脑血管疾病中的临床价值。方法 100例心脑血管疾病患者设为观察组(冠心病50例,脑梗死50例),另选100例健康体检志愿者设为对照组。对两组血浆D-二聚体进行检测,将观察组治疗前后的血浆D-二聚体数值与对照组进行比较。结果观察组冠心病患者治疗前血浆D-二聚体数值为(1223.03±2.01)μg/L,治疗后为(421.08±3.59)μg/L;观察组脑梗死患者治疗前血浆D-二聚体数值为(1154.12±3.44)μg/L,治疗后为(349.11±1.98)μg/L;对照组血浆D-二聚体数值为(125.16±10.40)μg/L;治疗后观察组患者的血浆D-二聚体数值低于治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗前后血浆D-二聚体数值均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血浆D-二聚体数值的检测有助于对心脑血管疾病患者的病情进行诊断和观察,有助于患者的病情治疗和后期恢复监测,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical value of plasma D-dimer in cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. Methods There were 100 patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases as observation group （50 case of coronary heart disease and 50 cases of cerebral infarction）, and 100 healthy physical examination volunteers as control group. The plasma D-dimer in two groups was compared, and its values in the observation group before and after treatment were compared with those in the control group. Results The observation group had plasma D-dirner value before treatment as （1223.03 ± 2.01） μg/L and （421.08 ± 3.59） μg/L after treatment in patient with coronary heart disease. The observation group had plasma D-dimer value before treatment as （1154.12± 3.44） μg/L and （349.11 ± 1.98） μg/L after treatment in cerebral infarction patients. The control group had plasma D-dimer value as （125.16± 10.40） μg/L. After treatment, the observation group had lower plasma D-dimer value than that before treatment, and the difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. The observation group had higher plasma D-dimer value before and after treatment than the control group, and the difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The detection of plasma D-dimer value helps to diagnose and observe the condition of patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, which is helpful for the patient＇s condition and the later recovery. So it is worthy of popularization and application.
