摘  要:为研究非石油基组分油用于渣油掺稀降黏的机理和黏温模型,测定了页岩油、水上油和煤柴油3种非石油基组分油用于辽河减压渣油掺稀降黏的黏温数据。实验结果表明,3种稀油对渣油降黏效果显著。分析认为:沥青质基本片层结构之间的缔合作用力是影响渣油掺稀降黏效果的重要因素。将张克武导出的液体黏度理论方程拓展应用于渣油掺稀混合油的黏温关系描述。基于实验和分析,提出渣油掺稀降黏包括沥青质稀释和解缔两种机理,并建立了渣油掺稀降黏模型。该模型计算值与实验值吻合较好。模型参数反映了混合油的构成和稀油对渣油沥青质缔合作用的影响,具有一定的物理意义。In order to study the mechanism of viscosity reduction by blending non-petroleum solvents into the residual oil and its viscosity-temperature model, the viscosity-temperature data of Liaohe vacuum residual oil was measured after shale oil, coal light oil and coal diesel were blended respectively for viscosity reduction. The experimental results show that these three light oils can reduce the viscosity of residual oil significantly. It is indicated that the association force between the basic schistose layered structures of asphaltene is the important factor influencing the viscosity reduction of residual oil by blending light oil. The theoretical equation of liquid viscosity derived by Zhang Kewu is extended to describe the viscosity-temperature relationship of residual oil blended with light oil. Based on the experiments and analysis, two mechanisms for viscosity reduction of residual oil by blending light oil were put forward, i.e., asphaltene dilution and disassociation. And a model on viscosity reduction of residual oil by blending light oil was developed, and its calculation results are in good agreement with the measured values. The model parameters reflect the composition of blending oil and the effect of light oil on asphaltene association of residual oil. And in a certain sense, this model is physically significant.
