摘 要:运用一种新的数学模型来表示和分配应用在飞行器中的孔销连接结构中的几何公差。此模型的核心是一种符合ASME/ISO标准的公差地图(T-Map),它是一个假设的欧几里得点空间,可以表示装配件中的目标要素源于不同几何公差所允许的任何误差可能性。详细介绍了不同几何公差标注下T-Map的建立过程,进一步讨论了它们对于基准顺序的敏感性,同时又比较了在装配中复杂零件和简单零件的T-Map的建立过程的不同点。详细阐述了根据不同部件之间的几何关系对不同部件的T-Map进行叠加以得到目标要素的累积T-Map的方法,然后使用极值公差分析,通过最小化功能T-Map和累积T-Map之间的空间,进行几何公差分配优化。A new mathematical model for representing geometric tolerances is applied to the bolted connection assembly. The core of this new model which is compatible with the ASME/ISO standards for geometric tolerances is a tolerance-map (T-Map) , a hypothetical volume of points that corresponds to all possible locations and variations of the feature derived from different geometry tolerances. In this paper, the procedures of the construction of the T-Maps from different feature control frames are demonstrated in detail and are extended to show their sensitivity to the precedence (ordering) of datum reference frames and also the difference between simple and complex components in the assembly. Worst-case tolerance analysis through T-Maps can be obtained for the variation in alignment of the axes of the three engaged parts of the coupling in terms of the tolerances, and the optimization of the allocation of the geometry tolerances can also be acquired by minimizing the space between the functional T-Map and accumulation T-Map of the target feature.
