摘　　要：试油测试是油气勘探中的一个重要环节。目前国内外主要是利用压控式测试工具和提放式测试工具进行开关测试,施工时,需要通过多次打压或提放管柱来实现测试阀的开启和关闭,达到测试目的,施工较复杂。智能开关测试技术可以根据设定程序自动完成开关动作,达到开关测试要求,后期无需提放管柱或打压作业,也可以根据工艺需求,地面打压控制智能测试阀的开、关状态,操作简单可靠。Well testing is an important part of exploration activity.At present,testing valve at home and abroad mainly includes pressure controlled tester and up and down type of test tools to open or close well,and in the process of operation,by means of pumping pressure or multiple hoisting or lowering down the testing string,opening and closing the test valve is realized to reach the test objectivity,and the operation is very complicated.This paper introduces a kind of intelligent testing valve,can automatically switch according to the set procedures to reach test requirements,and in the latter stage,no need to lift the pipe string or pressure operation,or according to the technological requirements,the opening and closing state of the intelligent test valve can be controlled by surface pressure,and the operation is simple and reliable.
