摘 要:为进一步明确白亮带形成机理,通过开展连铸工艺对比试验,对白亮带铸坯进行偏析及凝固组织检验,在此基础上对凝固末端电磁搅拌及凝固末端压下工艺对铸坯白亮带形成的影响作用进行分析。最终从工艺条件对连铸坯凝固组织影响的角度提出白亮带的本质及其形成机理,得出白亮带的本质为致密晶杆组织,具体组织类型决定于电磁搅拌具体安装位置,形成机理为外加力场作用导致白亮带区域凝固组织致密性明显高于其附近区域,致密的低溶质浓度晶杆组织经过酸洗腐蚀以后即呈现出白亮特征,即白亮带。Experiments with different continuous casting processes were carried out to clarify the principle of the white band formation in the billets. The influences of F-EMS and final stage of solidification reduction on the formation of white band during CC were analyzed. Then according to the experimental results, the white bands in the billets were characterized and the mechanisms for their formation during CC were proposed in view of technical operation condi- tions. The white bands were found dense conglomerate dendrite-structure, whose definite structure type depends on the position of EMS. During solidification, the force field on the billets causes compactness in the area of white band, result- ing in denser structure than other areas around. These dense dendritic areas with a low concentration of solutes appear white after pickling, forming the white band in billets.
