维持性血液透析病人心理痛苦筛查量表修订及信效度检验

摘　　要：目的对心理痛苦筛查量表进行文化调适,修订形成维持性血液透析(MHD)病人心理痛苦筛查量表,并检测其信效度。方法首先翻译英文版心理痛苦筛查量表,并通过文献回顾、半结构访谈、专家咨询、预测试形成正式调查问卷,对209例MHD病人发放问卷,检测其信效度,修订为最终问卷。结果量表整体内容效度指数(CVI)为0.91,各条目CVI为0.83~1.00;因子分析提出6个因子,共计30个条目,累积方差贡献率63.950%;量表总分及各维度得分均与效标量表量呈正相关(r=0.227~0.813,P<0.05);Cronbach’α系数为0.786,折半信度为0.705。结论 MHD病人心理痛苦筛查量表具有良好的信度和效度,可以用于MHD病人心理痛苦的评估。Objective To investigate the cultural adaptation of distress screening scale for patients on maintenance hemodialysis（MHD）,as well as its reliability and validity. Methods The English version of distress screening scale was translated into Chinese and then literature review,semi-structured interview,expert consultation,and pretest were performed to form a formal questionnaire.The questionnaire was sent out to 209 MHD patients to evaluate its reliability and validity and form the final version of this questionnaire. Results The content validity index（CVI）of the whole scale was 0.91,and the CVI of each item ranged from 0.83 to 1.00.Six factors with 30 items were extracted in the factor analysis and the accumulated variance contribution rate was 63.950%.The total score of this scale and the score on each dimension were positively correlated with the scores of scales used as criteria（r=0.227-0.813,P〈0.05）.The Cronbach＇αmodulus was 0.786 and the split-half reliability was 0.705. Conclusion This scale for MHD patients has good reliability and validity and can be used to evaluate the distress of such patients.
