摘　　要：目的:了解2012-2015年呼和浩特市回民区新型农村合作医疗住院患者病种构成,为当地疾病预防、卫生资源配置提供资料和科学依据。方法:通过呼和浩特市新农合市级统筹信息系统,统计2012-2015年回民区新农合住院病例信息。结果:4年度前10位疾病谱基本一致,都为非传染性疾病,循环系统疾病均居于首位。4年中,如不考虑妊娠、分娩和产褥期疾病,循环系统、肿瘤、消化系统和呼吸系统疾病位居前4位。2012-2015年呼和浩特市回民区新农合住院单病种排序前六位依次为:高血压、脑卒中、冠心病、糖尿病、肺癌,乳癌。结论:该地区新农合住院病例以慢性非传染病为主,慢性病的预防应引起高度重视。Objective To know about the types of diseases of new rural cooperative medical scheme（NRCMS）inpatients in Hui nationality area of Hohhot during 2012-2015,to provide information and scientific basis for disease prevention and health resource allocation.Methods Statistic information of inpatients was obtained through the NRCMS Information System of Hohhot.Results The top ten types of diseases were identical in the 4 years,which were chronic non-communicable diseases,with circulatory system diseases ranking the top.With pregnancy,childbirth and postpartum illnesses being left out,the top 4 diseases were circulatory system diseases,tumors,digestive diseases and respiratory diseases in 4 years.And the top 6 single diseases were hypertension,stroke,coronary heart disease,diabetes,lung cancer and breast cancer.Conclusions The type of diseases of NRCMS inpatients is mainly chronic non-communicable disease in Hui nationality area of Hohhot,thus people should pay close attention to the prevention of chronic diseases.
