摘　　要：基于综合评价法的福州市居民幸福指数实证研究,将"以人为本"作为发展的基本准则,人的幸福作为核心诉求,人民幸福的最大化提升作为社会发展的最终目标,全面解析福州市经济社会的发展状况。The empirical research of the happiness index of Fuzhou city residents based on the comprehensive evaluation method will take the ＂people-oriented development as the basic principle, the happiness of the people as the core demands and the maximum improvement on the people＇s happiness as the ultimate goal of the social development to comprehensively analyze Fuzhou＇s economic and social development and simultaneously provide decision-making reference for the constructiou of the happy Fuzhou.
