摘　　要：药学服务是国家民生工程建设的重要组成部分,在"健康中国"建设中发挥着重要作用。目前药师短缺且地位不高,影响了药学服务的发展。完善药师法制,加强药学教育,实施药事服务费和推行个体化精准用药服务是药学服务发展的有效途径。As an important part of the national people＇ s livelihood project construction, pharmaceutical care plays an important role in the construction of healthy China. It＇ s a pity that the development of pharmaceutical care was affected because of pharmacists＇ shortage and low status. The effective approaches of development of pharmaceutical care are to improve the legal system of pharmacists, strengthen the pharmaceutical education, implement pharmaceutical service fee and carry on the individualized precise medication service.
