摘 要:目的视屏终端(VDT)使用过程中的工效学风险暴露能够导致肌肉骨骼疾病症状。触摸屏技术及其应用正在快速发展。该文拟对视屏作业中触摸屏指向操作工效学评价方法进行研究。方法利用LM体感传感器和表面肌电采集分析系统,创建视屏作业触摸屏指向操作工效学评价方法,包括:手部运动捕捉系统、表面肌电采集系统、指向任务和自感问卷。选取了触摸屏指向操作常见的点击和拖拽进行实验性的工效学评价。结果点击和拖拽的成功率点击(75.9%±12.8%),拖拽78.8%±14.9%)和精确率(点击2.06±0.89,拖拽2.12±0.78)没有显著差异。指向速度点击(161.5±21.5 mm/s,拖拽128.3±15.2 mm/s)和指向距离比值(点击1.28±0.15,拖拽1.09±0.19)存在显著差异。点击操作中EDC肌肉的MVC%(25.6±5.1%)显著高于拖拽操作中的MVC%(13.2±3.9%)。被测肌肉中位频率(MF)时间变化率无显著差异。结论结果证明了点击和拖拽的动作与肌肉负荷差异,初步验证该工效学评价方法能准确、有效的分析立体空间中的触摸屏指向操作,也有可能扩展到更复杂的触摸屏使用场景。[Objective] The ergonomic risks due to the exposure to Video Display Terminals (VDT) use cause musculoskeletal disorders symptoms.The touch screen technology and its application are rapidly growing.The study attempts to research the ergonomic evaluation method for pointing operation of touch screen of VDT.[Methods] By using the LM somatosensory sensors and surface electromyograph system,the ergonomic evaluation method for pointing operation of touch screen of VDT was established,including hand motion capture system,surface EMG measurement system,and pointing task and self-perception questionnaire.The pointing and dragging which are the common operations of touch screen were selected in experimental ergonomic evaluation.[Results] There were no significant differences in the success rates (pointing 75.9%±12.8%,dragging 78.8%±14.9%) and the precision rate (pointing 2.06±0.89,dragging 2.12±0.78).The differences in pointing speed (pointing 161.5±21.5 mm/s,dragging 128.3±15.2 mm/s) and pointing distance ratio (pointing 1.28±0.15,dragging 1.09±0.19) were significant.MVC% of EDC muscle in pointing (25.6±5.1%) was significantly higher than that in dragging (13.2±3.9%).There were no significant differences in MF rate across measured muscles.[Conclusion] Experiment results show the differences in movement and muscle load between pointing and dragging,preliminarily prove that the ergonomic evaluation method can accurately and effectively analyze the touch screen pointing operations in three dimensional space,also could be extended to more complicated touch screen pointing scenarios.
