摘 要:目的当前,我国职业病防治形势严峻。职业危害因素种类多,分布广,且缺少防治措施。为了保护劳动者的生命健康及安全,为劳动者创造"安全、健康、舒适"的工作坏境,有必要对生产企业中的职业危害因素进行研究。方法课题选取陕西有色榆林分公司职业危害因素进行分析,实地调查该公司职业病发生情况,建立事故树模型,分析诱发职业病的原因。结果建立该企业职业危害因素事故树,计算得该系统共包含有81个最小割集,即有81种方式可能导致职业病。结论由分析结果可知,陕西有色榆林分公司诱发职业病的危害因素数目多,职业病防治工作难度巨大。应该引起企业对职业病预防的重视。[Objective] Recently,the situation of occupational disease prevention situation is grim in China.The occupational hazard factors are various and distributed widely,and the prevention measures are absent.In order to protect the life health and safety of workers and create the safe,healthy and comfortable working environment for laborers,it is necessary to study occupational hazards in production enterprises.[Methods] Yulin Branch Company of Shaanxi Nonferrous Group was selected as the object.The field investigation was used to survey the status of occupational diseases,to establish the fault tree analysis (FTA) model and analyze the reasons of the occupational diseases.[Results] FTA model of occupational hazard factors in this enterprise was established.The calculation results revealed that there were81 cut sets in the system,that is 81 ways can lead to occupational diseases.[Conclusion] The results show that there are various occupational-disease-inductive factors in Yulin Branch Company of Shaanxi Nonferrous Group.The prevention work of occupational diseases is very difficult,and the enterprise should pay more attention to this issue.
