基于“公交都市”背景下呼和浩特市公交发展现存问题分析

摘　　要：内蒙古自治区呼和浩特市积极响应了国家关于"优先发展公交"政策的号召,自2013年开始着手创建全国性的"公交都市"示范性城市,对市内原有的公交体系进行了优化和改善,然而在具体实施的过程中仍然存在诸多问题,文章针对当前呼和浩特市公交发展过程中存在的公交线网规划不科学、市内公交车供给量不充分、硬件设施配置不完备及车内服务水平低等突出问题,结合呼和浩特市的城市特征和格局进行了具体阐述和分析,对今后呼和浩特市公交领域突破发展瓶颈,在理论上给予一定的参考和借鉴。Since2013,Hohhot started to build a nationwide demonstration city of ＂ Transit City＂,the government has responded positively to the call of the state policy about ＂giving priority to the development of public transport＂,optimized and improved all aspects of the existing public transit system. However,there are still some problems to be solved urgently in the course of implementation. This paper analyzes the existing problems in the development process of public transport in Hohhot,including the unscientific planning of the public transportation network,the insufficient supply of bus in the city,the incomplete configuration of the hardware facilities and the low level of service in the car,then provide some references for the development of the public transit in Hohhot in the future.
