北京市居民就医意向影响因素分析与启示

摘　　要：目的了解和分析影响北京市居民就医意向的主要因素。方法采用方便抽样的方法,通过在线调查收集到528份有效问卷,运用Logistic回归进行数据分析。结果年龄(P=0.000 3)、家庭年收入水平(P=0.030 8)、医生个人口碑(P<0.000 1)、医疗技术(P<0.000 1)、设施设备(P=0.022 3)和是否为医保定点机构(P=0.065 0)在影响居民就医意向的统计分析中,差异具有统计学意义。结论在人口经济学方面,年龄和家庭年收入水平影响居民就医意向;在医疗服务方面,医生个人口碑是最关键因素,医生医疗技术、医院设施设备和是否为医保定点机构是影响居民就医意向的重要因素。Objectvies To identify the main factors influencing the choice of medical services of Beijing residents.Methods By the convenience sampling technique,528 valid questionnaires were collected through online survey.Logistic regression analysis was performed to identify factors influencing Beijing residents＆#39; choice of medical services.Results Factors influencing the choice of medical service were listed below：age（P=0.000 3 ）,family income（P=0.030 8）,physician reputation（P〈0.000 1）,medical technology（P〈0.000 1）,hospital facilities（P=0.022 3）,and healthcare insurance coverage（P=0.065 0）.Conclusions From the angle of economics of population,age and family income are the main factors affecting residents＆#39; intention of medical service seeking.In the medical service side,physician reputation is the determinant factor of service provider choosing.Other significant factors including medical technology,hospital facilities,and healthcare insurance coverage were important factors affecting the choice of medical services.
