基于中医特色的社区护理科研模式探讨

摘　　要：采用文献法和归纳法,对科研项目"社区轻度认知损害中医证型分布规律及有效性研究"在社区实施工作过程中所遇的诸多难点及解决方式进行总结,探索一套具有中医特色的社区护理科研工作方法和工作模式。社区护理科研中筛查研究对象的流程主要包括获取收集社区研究对象途径、社区洽谈、社区宣传、现场调研、质量控制、阶段性总结。通过关注和分享社区护理科研经历和方法,使得科研过程更加严谨和优化,引起护理工作者的参与和重视。The literature method and induction method are used to summarize difficulties and solutions in the process of implementing the community nursing scientific research mode of the national natural science foundation project ＂Study of Distribution Rules of Chinese Syndromes Effectvieness of Comprehensvie Intervention to Mild Cognitvie Impairment in Community＂,aiming to explore a set of community nursing research with Chinese characteristics Working methods and working patterns.The process of screening research object in community nursing research mainly includes obtaining the way of community research object,community negotiation,community propaganda,field investigation,quality control and stage summary.By paying attention to and sharing the experiences and methods of community nursing research,the research process is more rigorous and optimized.
