摘　　要：目的对河南省公立与民营综合医院、专科医院和中医医院在2012—2014年的发展情况作对比分析,为河南省社会办医发展提出建议。方法利用河南省卫生信息统计中心数据,通过Excel作描述性分析。结果在综合医院内部、专科医院内部和中医院内部中,公立医院机构数、执业(助理)医师数、诊疗人次数以及床位数所占比例呈现下降趋势,而民营医院在这些指标上呈现上升趋势。结论民营三类医院发展相对均衡,其中医医院数量增长速度最快,综合医院发展势头良好,但力量仍需加强;民营专科医院和中医院的诊疗能力仍然有待发挥作用。Objectvies To contrast the development status between the public hospitals and the prviate hospitals among types of general hospital,specialized hospital and Traditional Chinese Medicine（TCM）hospital in Henan Province during 2012-2014.Methods Descriptvie analysis method was used to analyze data collected from the Health Statistical Information Center of Henan Province.Results In the three types of general hospital,specialized hospital and the TCM hospital,the numbers of institutions,licensed（assistant）physicians,outpatients and beds of the public hospital showed decreasing trend,while those of the prviate hospital showed increasing trend.Conclusions The three types of prviate hospital were developed evenly.The development of the TCM hospital and the general hospital developed well,while the strength should be reinforced.The ability of diagnosis and treatment should be improved among TCM hospital and specialized hospital.
