摘　　要：目的分析2013-2015年北京市大兴区本市人口和流动人口麻疹流行病学特征,为提出针对性的防控措施提供依据。方法利用麻疹监测信息报告管理系统数据,对本市人口和流动人口麻疹发病特征进行流行病学分析。结果 2013-2015年大兴区本市人口麻疹发病157例,流动人口发病314例,合计发病471例。3-5月份为麻疹发病高峰,合计发病303例,占全部病例的64.33%。黄村镇、西红门镇、旧宫镇、亦庄镇、清源街道发病数居全区前5位,合计发病315例,占病例总数的66.88%。发病主要集中在散居儿童、家务及待业、工人等人群,占全部发病例数的66.03%。<8月龄76例,8月龄~14岁77例,≥15岁318例,流动人口8月龄~14岁发病构成比高于本市人口。有免疫史67例,无免疫史213例,免疫史不详191例,8月龄~14岁人群流动儿童无免疫史或免疫史不详比例高于本市儿童。结论多种途径维持免疫服务人群3剂次麻疹疫苗高接种率,提高外来务工人员麻疹疫苗接种率,加强麻疹监测,是控制、消除麻疹的有效手段。Objective To find out the epidemiological characteristics of measles among the local residents and floating population in Daxing during 2013 - 2015, and to provide scientific basis for pertinent measures. Methods Data from diseases reporting information system were used to analyze the epidemiological characteristics of measles among the local and floating populations. Results During 2013 - 2015, 157 cases of local residents and 314 cases of floating population were reported. The number of cases peaked during March to May, with 303 cases which accounted for 64. 33% of the total. The cases from five towns as Huangcun, Xihongmen, Jiugong, Yizhuang and Qingyuan accounted 66. 88%. Cases of children, household and job- seeking people, and workers accounted the largest proposition. There were 76 cases of infants under 8 months, 77 children from 8 months to 14 years-old, and 318 cases aged above 15 - year-old. And of all cases, only 67 cases had measles vaccination history. Conclusion By maintaining 3 - dose measles vaccine through multi-approaches, increasing vaccination rates in migrant workers and enhancing the surveillance of measles are effective ways for measles control and elimination.
