摘 要:随着FPGA在关键安全领域的广泛应用,因其软件设计缺陷导致的质量问题越来越凸显。为了保证设计功能的正确性和可靠性,业界已经认识到软件测试是提升FPGA产品质量控制、管理与检测的重要手段,并且开展了大量研究。针对FPGA开发流程的特点,提出了一套与之相适应的FPGA软件测试流程,并根据FPGA软件开发的不同阶段成果,讨论了不同测试方法的选取原则。最终,通过应用实例验证了FPGA软件测试技术对FPGA产品质量和可靠性的提升。With the extensive use of FPGA in the key safety field, the quality problems caused by software design defects becomes even more prominent. In order to ensure the correctness and reliability of the design, the industry also becomes aware of that the software testing is an important means to improve product quality control, management and inspection, and a great deal of research is thus done. According to the characteristics of FPGA development process, a set of FPGA software testing process is proposed, and based on the achievement at different stages of FPGA software development, the selection principles of different testing methods are discussed. Finally, an application example indicates that the PFGA software testing technology could certainly improve of the quality and reliability of PFGA products.
